Return & Exchange Policy​​

Refunds / exchanges are not available, unless the decals received are faulty. If you have received faulty decals, please send an email to misslucyuk@hotmail.com so we can arrange either a refund or exchange.

Shipping Policy

​​All UK orders are sent via 1st class standard shipping. These are not trackable unless you have upgraded your shipping to signed for/tracked. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your​ order. If you haven't received your order within 7 days please contact me via email to misslucyuk@hotmail.com, or our contact us page. 

Please Note:

Orders using standard shipping if lost in the post will not be covered and therefore will not be refunded. To ensure safety of your goods please upgrade your shipping. 

 

​International Shipping 

International Tracked & Signed prices vary depending on location

​All international orders are sent standard shipping. These are not trackable unless you have upgraded your shipping too tracked and signed. Please allow 14-25 days for your order to arrive once dispatched. If you haven't received your order within 25 days please contact us via email or on our contact us page.
